Important to Note
ARRIVAL TIMES
Kindly arrive 15 mins prior to your scheduled time especially on your 1st appointment with us. This is to accommodate your introduction time to the EESystem TM.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals can not be granted extra time or partial refunds. If you are not going to make your appointment on time please be conscious of the fact that you are sharing the session with other clients.
NO SHOW
If for whatever reason you will not be able to make your appointment, please be kind enough to advise me at least 4 hour prior to your scheduled appointment or earlier if possible as I might have another client that would like to attend in your place.
